This Returns & Exchanges Policy explains the conditions under which customers may return items purchased from HARD GRACE and how refunds are processed.
HARD GRACE aims to ensure customers are satisfied with their purchases.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- unworn
- unused
- in their original condition
- returned with original packaging
Return Process
Customers must contact HARD GRACE before returning an item to receive return instructions.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
